About the company

Mykolaivoblenerho PAT is a Ukraine-based company that is principally engaged in the distribution and transmission of electric energy. The Company operates through three hydroelectric power stations: Pervomaiska, Migiyska and Kostyantinivs’ka. It also owns 20 branches, and several other divisions, such as repair, technical and administrative. As of December 31, 2010, the Company’s major shareholder was Eneregtichna kompaniya Ukraini NAK with a stake of 70%.
