About the company

Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust is a Malaysia-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company invests in a diversified portfolio of real estate used solely or predominantly for retail purposes, including mixed-use developments with a retail component, in Malaysia and other countries within the Asia-Pacific region, as well as real estate related assets. The Company operates through two segments: Retail and Office. The Company's retail properties include the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Mall, which is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Mall is a seven-story shopping mall, including approximately four split-levels of car parking bays together with a three-story retail office block sited atop and annexed with a four-story retail/entertainment connection block, and over three levels of basement car parks. Its office properties include the Pavilion Tower, which is a 20-storey office building located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
