Mr. Murray K. Mullen is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Mullen Group Income Fund, positions which he has held since 2001. Mr. Mullen joined the Mullen Group of companies in 1977 after graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree and has served in various capacities with Mullen, including the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, positions that he held from 1991 through September 2004. Mr. Mullen has been instrumental in the growth of the Mullen Group, particularly in directing the many acquisitions completed over the years.

Mr. Stephen H. Lockwood is President, Co-Chief Executive Officer & Director of Mullen Group Income Fund, positions which he was appointed to in September 2004. Prior to joining Mullen, Mr. Lockwood was a senior partner with a Calgary law firm that he cofounded in 1988. While practicing law Mr. Lockwood provided legal services to the Fund. Mr. Lockwood earned a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Calgary in 1981 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1978.

Mr. David E. Olson has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President-Finance of Mullen Group Income Fund.

Mr. Bruce Mullen is a Senior Vice President of Mullen Group Income Fund and Vice President of Mullen Trucking Inc. - Oilfield Services. In this capacity he is responsible for the growth and development of Mullen Trucking Inc.’s oilfield business. Mr. B. Mullen joined the Corporation in 1977. He has served on various industry task forces and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada and the Petroleum Industry Training Service. He is currently a director of Producers Oilfield Services Inc.

Mr. Roberta A. Wheatcroft is Corporate Secretary of Mullen Group Income Fund. Ms. Wheatcroft who was Corporate Secretary of Producers from February 1, 2005 until June 1, 2006, a Corporate Paralegal with Carscallen Lockwood LLP from September 2003 until January 2005, and a Legal Assistant with Carscallen Lockwood LLP from 1996 until September 2003.

Mr. Bruce W. Simpson is Director of Mullen Group Income Fund. Mr. Simpson is an independent businessman. Mr. Simpson served as Executive Vice President, TransCanada Pipeline Limited prior to September 1999 and was Chief Operating Officer of Nova Gas Transmission Ltd. from 1982 through 1998. Mr. Simpson received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta in 1967.

Mr. Alan D. Archibald is Director of Mullen Group Income Fund. Mr. Archibald is the Chief Executive Officer of Northpoint Energy Ltd., a private oil and gas exploration and production company. Prior to joining Northpoint Energy Ltd., Mr. Archibald was the Chief Executive Officer of Tripoint Energy Ltd. for the period January 2004 through November 2005, and prior thereto, was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Pointwest Energy Ltd. during the period July 2000 until December 2003. Mr. Archibald received a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) degree, from the Technical University of Nova Scotia in 1982 and a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) degree, from Dalhousie University in 1980.

Mr. Greg Bay is Director of Mullen Group Income Fund. Mr. Bay is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Capital Management Ltd., an investment management firm which he founded in 1998. Mr. Bay graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree, from Brigham Young University in 1980 and earned a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1988.

Mr. Dennis J. Hoffman is Director of Mullen Group Income Fund. Mr. Hoffman is an independent businessman. Mr. Hoffman was formerly with Pricewaterhouse, a firm he joined in June 1970 and was admitted to the Partnership in 1982. Mr. Hoffman was appointed City Leader of Pricewaterhouse's Calgary office in 2001, a position which he held until his retirement in June 2005. Mr. Hoffman obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Saskachewan in 1970. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Canadian and Alberta Institutes of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Patrick G. Powell is Director of Mullen Group Income Fund. Mr. Powell is an independent businessman. He was previously the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Mullen, a position which he held from June 2006 through January 2007. He served as Chairman and President of Producers from August 2005 through June 2006, Senior Vice President of Producers from May 2005 through August 2005 and prior thereto President of H.L. Powell Ltd., a private oilfield company that was acquired by Producers in April 2005.

Mr. Richard E. Peterson is Director of Mullen Group Income Fund. Mr. Peterson is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon North Logistics Inc. Prior to the formation of Horizon North Logistics Inc., Mr. Peterson was the Chief Executive Officer of Producers Oilfield Services Inc., a position which he held from August 2005 until June 2006. Prior to that time, Mr. Peterson was President of Producers from January 2005 until August 2005 and President of Formula Transport Ltd., a privately owned company that was acquired by Producers in January 2005.

Mr. Steve Grant is Director of Mullen Group Income Fund. He is an independent businessman who was formerly a Houston-based Managing Director of Energy Investment Banking with Raymond James & Associates, a New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") listed investment banking and brokerage firm. Mr. Grant held such position from 1996 through February 2008. Prior to joining Raymond James & Associates, Mr. Grant was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterra Corporation, a NYSE listed oilfield service company, for a period of nine years. Mr. Grant received his MBA (Finance) from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1966 and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Yale University in 1964.
