Company Description
Metallic Ventures Gold Inc. is a gold exploration stage company carrying out exploration programs at its projects located in Nevada. The Company owns two exploration gold projects: Converse Project and the Goldfield Project. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Metallic Ventures (U.S.), Inc., Metallic Nevada Inc. and Metallic Goldfield Inc. Goldfield Project holds 20,800 acres of patented and unpatented claims in Esmeralda and Nye Counties. The Company is focused on existing gold resources located in three mineralized areas, namely the Gemfield area, the McMahon Ridge area and the Goldfield Main area. The Company's Converse Project holds seventeen square miles consisting of four sections of private land and 304 unpatented mining claims in Humboldt County. On December 16, 2008, Metallic Ventures (U.S.), Inc., sold the Company's Esmeralda Project located in Mineral County, Nevada.
