In addition to application software, the Company offers software as a service (SaaS). I2 Technologies has approximately 500 customers in a variety of industries, including computer and electronics; telecommunications equipment and services; semiconductor; consumer electronics; contract manufacturers; automotive original equipment manufacturers; industrial manufacturers, and retailers. The Company offers customer services and support programs, which includes software maintenance, the delivery of functional enhancements and updates, and around-the-clock availability for severity issues.
