AJ Lucas Group Limited (Lucas) is a diversified infrastructure, construction and mining services group specializing in providing services to the energy, water and wastewater, resources and property sectors. The Company operates in three segments: Drilling, Engineering and Infrastructure, and Oil and Gas. Drilling segment include drilling services to the coal and coal seam gas industries for the degasification of coal mines and the recovery and commercialization of coal seam gas and associated services. Engineering and Construction segment include pipelines, construction and civil engineering services. Oil and Gas segment include commercialization of unconventional and conventional hydrocarbons in Europe, Australia and the United States. The Company is also engaged in the installation of conduits and pipes using horizontal directional drilling and micro trenching. The Company has projects in pipelines, and waste water civil construction, asset services and building sectors.
