Experian plc is a provider of global information services. The Company provides data and analytical tools to organizations in North America, Latin America, the United Kingdom and Ireland, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific. Clients use these to manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision-making. Activities in the regions in which Experian operates are grouped into four global business lines: Credit Services, Decision Analytics, Marketing Services and Interactive. In February 2012, it acquired 192business Limited. On March 9, 2012, the Company acquired Court Ventures Inc. On March 27, 2012, the Company acquired Altovision Inc. On May 21, 2012, the Company acquired Conversen Inc. In April 2013, Experian PLC acquired Decisioning Solutions Inc.
