Additionally, through its subsidiary, K.L. Energy S.A., the Company is engaged in the construction and operation of hydroelectric power plants. It also has another subsidiary K.L.TH. Woodworks Ltd. In May 2013, the Company acquired all of the shares of its subsidiary, I Kloukinas I Lappas Energy Technical Commercial Construction and Industrial Company.
