About the company

Oando PLC is a Nigeria-based energy solutions provider. The principal activity of the Company locally and internationally is to have strategic investments in energy companies in addition to supply of oil and gas products to customers. The Company operates through three segments: Exploration and Production (E&P), Supply and Trading, and Corporate and Others. The E&P segment is involved in the exploration for and production of oil and gas through the acquisition of rights in oil blocks on the Nigerian continental shelf and deep offshore and Sao Tome and Principe STP. The Supply and Trading segment is involved in trading of crude, refined and unrefined petroleum products. It trades in crude oil and petroleum products ranging from naphtha, gasoline, fuel oil, gas oil, kerosene, and bitumen. Its portfolio of oil and gas fields is comprised of interests in onshore and offshore producing assets, across the Niger Delta basin and on the continental shelf.
