Mr. Rainer Mohr has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ecounion AG since June 21, 2012. After having graduated from the university in 1984, Mr. Mohr worked for 15 years in managerial positions of four concerns: Metallgesellschaft AG, Raab Karcher AG, Carnaud Metallbox and Babcock Borsig AG. In 2000 he switched to work for the Balcke Duerr Gruppe, where he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director. In 2006 he took over the position of Managing Director and Speaker of the Management Board of EverQ GmbH (currently: Sovello AG). In 2009, Mr. Mohr was nominated Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and CFO of Balda AG. He holds a degree in Business Management.
