Mr. Brian Moller is Non-Executive Director of SolGold Plc. He is a corporate partner in the Brisbane-based law firm Hopgood Ganim Lawyers, the Australian solicitors to the Company. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and has been a partner at Hopgood Ganim since 1983. He practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. Brian Moller holds an LLB Hons from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association. Brian Moller acts for many publicly-listed resource and industrial companies and brings of experience and to the board, particularly in the corporate regulatory and governance areas. He is a non-executive Director of ASX listed DGR Global Limited, Navaho Gold Limited and Platina Resources Limited, and the non-executive Chairman of ASX-listed AusNiCo Limited.
