Objective

To invest mostly in operating UK wind farms with the aim to provide investors with an annual 6p dividend per Ord, to increase in line with RPI, while preserving the capital value of its investment portfolio.

Management & contract fees

A quarterly cash fee of GBP 275,000; the priority profit share from the Company 0.25 x 0.2% for NAV up to GBP 500m and 0.25 x 0.1% for NAV up to GBP 1,000m; the priority profit share from the LLP 0.25% for NAV up to GBP 500m, 0.225% for NAV up to 1,000m and 0.25% for NAV over GBP 1,000m.
