Company Description

PagesJaunes Groupe SA is a France-based company that specializes in the publication and distribution of printed directories, including the PagesJaunes directory and L'Annuaire and online directories, to the general public and businesses. It also provides services via Internet and Minitel, including geographical mapping through Mappy and Website creation and hosting services for businesses, as well as it offers direct marketing services through PagesJaunes Petites Annonces and Internet advertising through Horizon Media. The Company also publishes directories in Spain, Luxemburg, Belgium and Morocco. PagesJaunes Groupe operates through its subsidiaries, including PageJaunes SA, PagesJaunes Marketing Services, QDQ Media, Edicom, Eurodirectory and Mappy, among others. On January 15, 2009, the Company acquired approximately a 96% interest in Horyzon Media.
