Mr. Salaheddine Mezouar has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telcom SA since December 4, 2007. He is Minister of Economie and Finance. He holds a Master degree in Economic Sciences from Universite des Sciences Sociales de Gronoble (France).

Mr. Abbdeslam Ahizoune has served as Chairman of the Board of Maroc Telecom SA since February 20, 2001. He has also served as Member of the Board of Vivendi since April 2005. Mr. Ahizoune is Member of the Board of several companies, including Axa Assurances Maroc, Holcim Maroc, la Fondation Mohammed V pour la Solidarite, la Fondation Mohammed VI pour Environnement, Association Lalla Salma pour la lutte contre le cancer and Universite Al Akhawayne. Since 2006, he has served as Chairman of Federation Royale Marocaine d'Athletisme (FRMA). During 2008, he was appointed as Chairman of Association Marocaine des Professionnels des Telecoms (MATI), as well as Chairman and Managing Director of Medi1Sat.

Mr. Jean-Bernard Levy has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telecom SA since December 17, 2002. He is also Chairman of the Board of Vivendi Group. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Vivendi group, and Managing Director, then Manager, in charge of Corporate Finance of Oddoet Cie from 1998 to 2002. From 1995 to 1998, he was Chairman and Managing Director of Matra Communication. Mr. Levy graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications.

Mr. Arnaud Castille serves as Managing Director of Administration and Finance of Maroc Telecom SA. He also occupies the position of Director of Management Control of the Company. He is also Chairman of the Board of CMC and Member of the Board of Onatel and Mobisud Belgique. Mr. Castille holds Bachelor degree in Management from Universite Paris Dauphine.

Mr. Larbi Guedira serves as Managing Director of Sevices Division and Member of the Management Board of Maroc Telecom SA. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Commercial Division, Managing Director of Telecommunications, Finance Director and Regional Director of Casablanca. In addition, he is Member of the Board of CMC, Mauritel SA, Matelca, Onatel, Telmob, Gabon Telecom, Libertis, and Mobisud Belgique. He was Chairman of Association Nationale des Ingenieurs des Telecommunications between 2000 and 2002. Mr. Geudira has an Engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Paris.

Ms. Janie Letrot has been Managing Director of Regulation, Communication and International Development and Member of the Management Board of Maroc Telecom SA. She is also Member of the Board of Onatel. She was General Delegate of Vivendi Group in Morocco from January 1999 to July 2001. She joined Maroc Telecom as Director of Regulation and External relations. Ms. Letrot Holds a Bachelor degree in History-Geography from Paris-sorbonne University.

Mr. Rachid Mechahouri has been Member of the Management Board, Managing Director of Networks and Systems Division of Maroc Telecom SA since November 17, 2008. He joined Maroc Telecom in 1992 as Engineer and hold the position of Project Manager GSM before being promoted to Director of Purchase. He graduated from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecoms de Paris.

Mr. Abdelaziz Talbi has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telecom SA since March 5, 2005. He is also Member of Audit Committee of the Company. He was appointed Director of la Direction des Entreprises Publiques et de la Privatisation (DEPP) on 2005. Prior to this, he was Fiance and Administration Director of a company in Rabat. Mr. Talbi holds a degree in Business Administration and Comunities from Univesite de Nancy.

Mr. Jean-Rene Fourtou has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telecom SA since Janaury 4, 2005. He also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Canal+ Group, Chairman of the supervisory Board of Vivendi, Member of the Supervisory Board of AXA, Member of the Board of Directors of AXA Millesimes SAS, as well as Dierctor of Cap Gemini, Sanofi Aventis, NBC Universal (the United States) and Nestle (Switzerland).

Mr. Jacques Espinasse has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telecom SA since December 17, 2002. He is also Director and Chairman of Audit Committee of AXA Holdings Belgium, as well as he is Member of the Supervisory board, Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of La banque Postale Asset Mngt LBPAM (Paris). He is also Director, Member of Audit Committee of d’Hammerson Plc( London). and Member of Audit Committee and Nominations and Remunerations Committee of SES (Luxembourg). In 1985 Mr. Espinasse was appointed as Fiance Director of Havas Group, then Assistant Managing Director in May 1987. In 1999 he was appointed Managing Director of TPS Satelite, then Director and Managing Director in 2001. In 2002, he was appointed Finance Director of Vivendi Group and Member of the Board of Vivendi in April 2005. Mr. Jacques Holds an MBA Degree from University of Michigan.

Dr. Frank Esser has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telecom SA since March 4, 2005. He has also served as Member of the Board of Vivendi Group since 2005 and Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of SFR Group since 2002. He is also Member of the board GSA Association. He is Member of the Supervisory Board of Jet Multimedia, VodafoneD2 and Arcor, as well as Director of the Board of Faurecia, SHD and Vivendi Telecom international. He holds a Doctorate in Economic Sciences from University of Cologne.

Mr. Chakib Benmoussa has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telcom SA since February 24, 2006. He was Director of Planification of Ministry of Equipment. He also served as Director and Managing Director of Groupe des Brasseries du Maroc. Mr. Benmoussa Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1979 and from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in 1981. He holds a Master degree in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Philippe Capron has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telecom SA since March 1, 2007. He was appointed Member of the Board and Finance Director pf Vivendi in 2007. He also serves as Member of Supervisory Board of Canal+ Group, as well as Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of Audit Committee of SFR. In Addition he is Director of NBC Universal (the United States), Activision Blizzard (The United States), and Tinubu Square. Mr. Capron graduated from l’Institut d'etudes politiques de Paris (IEP) and Ecole des hautes etudes commerciales (HEC).

Mr. Regis Turrini has served as Member of the Suprevisory Board of Maroc Telecom SA since February 21, 2008. He has also served as Director of Strategy and Development of Vivendi since January 2008. He joined Vivendi in January 2003 as Director of the Board, in charge of Mergers and Acquisations. Currently, Mr. Turini holds a position of Chairman and Managing Director of Vivendi telecom international, Vivendi Net USA Group, Inc. and MP3 .Com Inc (The United States), as well as Member of the Supervisory Board of Canal+ France, Director of Scoot Europe NV(Belgium) and Vivendinet UK Ltd.
