Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights Announcement

 

Purplebricks Group Plc (AIM: PURP), a leading hybrid real estate agency, announces that, pursuant to its block admission facility, it has recently issued 450,123 ordinary shares of £0.01p each in satisfaction of the exercise of share options. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares.

 

Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 306,806,039 ordinary shares of £0.01p each, carrying one voting right per share. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's
