NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 13 May 2020 at 10.00 am at its registered office, 3rd Floor, 6 Duke Street St James's, London, SW1Y 6BN.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:

1.    Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting;

2.    Form of Proxy;

3.    Articles of Association; and

4.    2019 Annual Report.

 

The above documents (with the exception of the Articles of Association) have been posted to Shareholders, who have requested to receive paper documentation, and all documents are also available on the Company's website at www.tritaxbigbox.co.uk.

 

As of today's date, the Company has 1,706,974,948 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.

 

At present, Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person, as a result of the 'Covid-19 Stay at Home' measures. The Board encourages Shareholders to vote on any of the matters of business at the AGM in advance by proxy, listen to the AGM remotely and submit any questions in advance of the meeting. Conference call details and information on how to submit proxy votes and questions are detailed in the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting.

 

The Board is closely monitoring the evolving situation, and should any changes be made to the existing AGM arrangements, Shareholders will be notified. Shareholders should visit www.tritaxbigbox.co.uk for the latest updates.
