Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Director Change
The Company announces that the Board has accepted the resignation of Nivedita Krishnamurthy Bhagat, Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from today (17 February 2022). Nivedita is taking on new commitments, including becoming a Non-Executive Director, with Schneider Electric SE, the French multinational energy company.
