Launch of Group 2022 SAYE Scheme

Grant of 2022 SAYE Options

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the specialist services group focused on developing companies which assure safety and regulatory compliance, announces that as part of the Group's HMRC approved 2022 Save As You Earn scheme (the "2022 SAYE Scheme") a total of 413,340 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Group ("2022 SAYE Options") have today been granted to employees of the Group.

Under the 2022 SAYE scheme, which was made available to all Marlowe employees, a total of 716 employees of the Group, have applied to participate in the 2022 SAYE Scheme. The 2022 SAYE Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme, of 758 pence per 2022 SAYE Option. Subject to the rules of the 2022 SAYE Scheme, participants will be able to exercise their 2022 SAYE Options within six-months commencing from 1 October 2025.
