Supplementary Prospectus dated 7 May 2019 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") to the Base Prospectus dated 8 November 2018 (the "Base Prospectus"), relating to the U.S.$70 billion Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments established by Westpac Banking Corporation ("Westpac").
