FINANCIAL CALENDAR - SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
Athens, June 14, 2019 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE" or the "Company"), following the announcement of the Financial Calendar dated 6th February 2019 pursuant to paragraph 4.1.2 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook ("ATHEX Rulebook"), announces an update of the Financial Calendar, pursuant par. 4.1.3.1 and 4.1.3.15.1 (3) of the ATHEX Rulebook, regarding the distribution of an extraordinary dividend €0.06 per share (Given that own shares do not receive dividend, the total amount of the dividend per share that will be paid out, will be increased by taking into account the amount of the dividend corresponding to the own shares held by the Company at ex-dividend date), following the sale of Telekom Albania Sh.A, i.e.:
1. The ex-dividend date of the extraordinary dividend will be Monday, July 22, 2019. On that date, Company shares will be trading without a dividend right. The ex-dividend date of the extraordinary dividend follows the expiry of derivatives (July series).
2. Beneficiaries of said dividend are the Company's Shareholders registered on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 (Record Date).
3. Dividend payment will start on Friday, July 26, 2019.
It is noted that the Company retains the right to alter the above dates after duly advising the investing public of the amendment hereof.
