Issue of Warrants
The Company announces that, following the general meeting of the Company held on 27 September 2019, the Company has today issued 4,900,000 warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company, at any point until 36 months from the date of issue, at a current exercise price of 5.78 pence per new ordinary share pursuant to, and on and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, a warrant instrument dated 27 September 2019, the details of which were announced by the Company on 23 August 2019.
