In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 30 September 2019 was 48,921,128 with each share holding one voting right.
The Company also holds 257,639 shares in Treasury.
