Rosneft completed dividend payments for H1 2019

On November 11, 2019, Rosneft completed dividend payments for H1 2019 announced at the Extraordinary General Shareholder Meeting (EGM) of the Company on September 30, 2019.

The dividends were paid much earlier than the deadline set at the EGM.

Total dividend payment amounted to 162,539.62 million rubles. The dividends were paid to holders of 99.98% of Rosneft shares.

On September 30, 2019, shareholders of the Company at Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved dividend payment for H1 2019 in the amount of 162.6 billion rubles (15 rubles 34 kopecks per one issued share) which represents 50% of IFRS net income attributable to Rosneft shareholders.
