Audley Funding Plc (the "Issuer") announces that interest payments due on the Notes on 15 May 2019 and 15 November 2019 were not made due to a shortfall in the payment of amounts due to the Issuer by The Resort Group PLC ("TRG").
The Trustee has been informed and will convene a meeting of noteholders, seeking further instructions. Noteholders will be notified in due course.
The Issuer will provide a further update by 15 May 2020.
The Notes are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Euronext Dublin.
