The Company has been informed that on 09 March 2020 Mr David Stevenson, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 4,700 ordinary shares of 25p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 190p per share.
Following the above mentioned acquisition, Mr Stevenson is beneficially interested in 18,266 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate representing 0.03% of the Company's voting rights.
