Publication of Prospectus Supplement

Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé Finance International Ltd. (the "Issuers") have published a Prospectus Supplement dated 3 April 2020 (the "Prospectus Supplement") in respect of their Debt Issuance Programme, the publication on 24 March 2020 of the Annual Review 2019 of the Nestlé group of companies in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Annual Review"), the publication on 31 March 2020 of the Annual Financial Report of Nestlé Holdings, Inc. in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the "NHI Annual Financial Report") and the publication on 2 April 2020 of the Annual Financial Report of Nestlé Finance International Ltd. in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the "NFI Annual Financial Report").
