In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 United Utilities Group PLC announces that Alison Goligher, independent non-executive director will be appointed as chair of the remuneration committee with effect from the close of business of the annual general meeting to be held on 24 July 2020, succeeding Sara Weller whose intention to step down from the board was announced on 16 March 2020.
