Publication of Prospectus Supplement

Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé Finance International Ltd. (the "Issuers") have published a Prospectus Supplement dated 28 August 2020 (the "Prospectus Supplement") in respect of their Debt Issuance Programme, the publication on 30 July 2020 of the Half-Year Report January-June 2020 of Nestlé S.A. (the "NSA Half-Year Report"), the publication on 27 August 2020 of the Half-Yearly Financial Report for the six-month period ended 30 June 2020 (the "NHI Half-Yearly Financial Report") and the publication on 26 August 2020 of the Half-Yearly Financial Report of Nestlé Finance International Ltd. for the six-month period ended 30 June 2020 (the "NFI Half-Yearly Financial Report").
