ANNOUNCEMENT OF ADMISSION OF ADDITIONAL SHARES IN GEORGIA CAPITAL PLC

Georgia Capital PLC (GCAP) today announces 679,992 ordinary shares of 1 pence each fully paid in GCAP have been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, pursuant to the announcement made on 1 September 2020.
