Moscow, September 10, 2020 - Public Joint Stock Company "Inter RAO UES" ("Inter RAO", "Company", ticker on MOEX: IRAO), the largest diversified utilities holding in Russia, announces that on September 09, 2020 Inter RAO increased its participation interest in the charter capital of Rus Gas Turbines Holdings B.V. (address: Bergschot 69, 4817 PA Breda, the Netherlands), registered number 51489988, from 18 000 voting shares (50.00%) (indirect participation through Joint Stock Company "Inter RAO - Electric Power Plants" and through RAO Intertech B.V.) to 18 735 voting shares (50, 9990%) (indirect participation through Joint Stock Company "Inter RAO - Electric Power Plants" and through RAO Intertech B.V.).
