The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary prospectus dated 10 September 2020 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") to the prospectus dated 20 December 2019, as supplemented on 12 May 2020 (the "Prospectus") relating to the M&G plc £10,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme.
