hitachi Capital (UK) PLC ("HCUK") hereby informs holders that Hitachi Capital Corporation, as guarantor of the Notes issued by HCUK and Hitachi Capital America Corp under their U.S.$ 5,500,000,000 Euro Note Programme, has today published an announcement concerning a proposed business integration with Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited.
