Proposed Name Change to Napster Group PLC

MelodyVR Group PLC (AIM:MVR), the leading creator of virtual reality entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR and Napster platforms, announces that it will today post to its shareholders a circular including the notice of General Meeting (the "Circular") in relation to the Company seeking approval from shareholders to change its name to Napster Group PLC. The General Meeting will be held virtually at 10.00 a.m. on 25 February 2021.

Upon the change of name being effective the Company's new TIDM will be NAPS and the Company's new website address will be www.napster.group. Disclosures pursuant to Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies will be available on this website following the change in name.

The Circular will be available to view on the Company's website www.melodyvr.group shortly

A further announcement will be made ahead of the name change being formally implemented.

'Having recently completed the acquisition of Napster/Rhapsody, we have taken the decision to rename our parent company to Napster Group PLC. Given our objectives for the year ahead, which includes the  launch of a new Napster branded music platform, we believe that renaming our Company will provide for greater global recognition of our business across both corporate and commercial channels."
