Change of TIDM

Further to the announcement of 25 February 2021, the change in company name to Napster Group PLC and change in TIDM will now not take effect until a later date, which is expected to be later this week. The Company will provide an update once the change has been effected.

The Company's website address has now changed to www.napster.group. Disclosures pursuant to Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies are available on this website.
