Application has been made to Financial Conduct Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 128,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each for general corporate purposes.
The shares may be issued from time to time for cash in order to satisfy investor demand provided that such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net asset value per share. Any shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 29 March 2021.
