RB REBRANDS AS RECKITT

Further to our press release on 23 March 2021, with effect from 1 April 2021, our London Stock Exchange ("LSE") Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") will change from RB.L to RKT.L and will continue to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL numbers, being GB00B24CGK77 and B24CGK7 respectively, will remain unchanged.

Shareholdings are unaffected by the name change, and existing share certificates should be retained, as they will remain valid for all purposes. The listed company name remains Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, although it will now be referred to as "Reckitt".

"The brand is a visible symbol of our corporate purpose and the change that has been taking place across the business on our journey of transformation. The name reflects the existing widespread usage of Reckitt and is clearer, simpler and more memorable, while retaining positive associations with the company's heritage."
