PUBLICATION OF 2021 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

WPP has today published on the Company's website, its 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the '2021 AGM Notice').

The AGM will be held on 9 June 2021 and the 2021 AGM Notice is available at www.wpp.com/investors/shareholder-centre/shareholder-meetings and will be distributed to shareholders shortly.

We have planned the AGM based on the anticipated status of the UK Government's Roadmap out of Lockdown at the date of the meeting. The AGM will be broadcast live and we strongly encourage and request that shareholders follow the business of the meeting online. Full details of how to join the meeting are contained in the 2021 AGM Notice.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the 2021 AGM Notice will, in due course, be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
