New Acting Director General of

Public Joint Stock Company «Rosseti Kuban»

May 18, 2021, Moscow, Russia - PJSC Rosseti (ticker for LSE - RSTI), Russia's largest electricity transmission and distribution company, announces that the Board of Directors of Rosseti Kuban from May 17, 2021 resolved to terminate the powers of Sergey Sergeev early as the Director General of Rosseti Kuban, effective from May 17, 2021.

Boris Ebzeev was appointed as the Acting Director General of Rosseti Kuban, effective from May 18, 2021.

Boris Ebzeev, born in 1975, graduated from Moscow State University in 1997 and in 2001 he received his PH.D. in Jurisprudence. His significant experience and knowledge of electric power industry is the reason he has held positions as General Director and Chairman of the Management Board of Rosseti South, PJSC since 2014.
