LSEG announces Executive Committee changes

·    David Craig, Group Head, Data & Analytics and CEO, Refinitiv to leave LSEG at end of 2021

·    Andrea Remyn Stone appointed Group Head, Data & Analytics

LSEG plc (London Stock Exchange Group) announces that, with the integration of Refinitiv now well underway, David Craig will leave the Group at the end of 2021.  

Andrea Remyn Stone will become Group Head, Data & Analytics, effective 1 July, 2021. Andrea, currently Chief Product Officer, Data & Analytics, will work closely with David to ensure a smooth transition of operational and integration priorities over the coming months.  David Craig will then operate in an advisory capacity to the Group until the end of 2021.

Andrea Remyn Stone

Andrea joined Refinitiv as Chief Customer Proposition Officer in January 2020.  After completion of the Refinitiv transaction in January 2021, Andrea joined the LSEG Executive Committee in the role of Chief Product Officer, Data & Analytics.  Prior to joining Refinitiv, Andrea was Chief Strategy Officer at Dealogic and spent five years at Bloomberg as Global Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. She has also held senior leadership positions at Standard & Poor's and McGraw Hill, and was previously an equity research analyst and held roles in convertible bond sales at Lehman Brothers.

Andrea has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and BA from Duke University.

David Craig

David Craig continues to serve as co-chair of the HM Treasury/The City UK India-UK Financial Services Partnership and member of the DIT Trade Advisory Group, as well as a founder member of the Sustainable Markets Initiative.  He is also a board member of several charities including Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity and Corporate Chair of mentoring charity Urban Synergy.
