Further to the announcement of 28 January 2021, GBG is pleased to confirm that David Ward has today formally taken up his Board position as CFO. David replaces Dave Wilson who, as part of the CFO succession plan, has now stepped down from the Board.

David Rasche, Chairman of GBG, said:

"Dave has been an invaluable member of the GBG team during a period of significant change for the Group, both in his careful management of our financial position and his valued insight into our growth strategy. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Dave for his significant contribution over the past 12 years and we wish him all the very best for the future.

Dave Wilson, outgoing CFO & COO of GBG, said:
