Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transaction undertaken by Henri Solère, Chief Offer and Sourcing Officer (a PDMR) on 1 July 2021.
Henri exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Plan. Henri exercised a total of 4,967 options and sold 2,321 shares to cover the tax liability arising on the exercise of these options. The remaining 2,646 shares were retained.
