Lenta Announces Management Change

St. Petersburg, Russia, 9 July 2021: Lenta IPJSC (MOEX & LSE: LNTA), one of the largest retail chains in Russia, today announces the appointment of Igor Ovsienko as Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO).

 

Igor Ovsienko takes up his role as CSCO with effect from 9 June 2021. He replaces Joern Arnhold in this position, who has decided to leave Lenta after 10 years of service at the company.

 

Igor joined Lenta in 2006 as a logistics manager. In 2012 he took up a role as Distribution Center Director, and since 2018 has served as Lenta's Transport and Distribution Director.

 

Igor graduated from the D.F. Ustinov Baltic State Technical University in St Petersburg.

 

Lenta's Chief Executive Officer, Vladimir Sorokin, commented:
