Final Terms dated 20 September 2021 relating to the €1,250,000,000 0.010% Fixed Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds Series 2021-C1 due 2028 and the €500,000,000 0.375% Fixed Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds Series 2021-C2 due 2036, each issued by Westpac Banking Corporation under its U.S.$40 billion Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by BNY Trust Company of Australia Limited as trustee of the Westpac Covered Bond Trust.
