Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 170,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The Block listings is for 150,000 shares under The Unite Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme and 20,000 shares under The Unite Group plc Approved Options Share Scheme.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00a.m. on 10 December 2021.
