Igor Kuzmin Was Elected as Director General of ROSSETI Lenenergo
December 24, 2021. Moscow, Russia - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE:RSTI), Russia's largest electricity transmission and distribution company, announces that the Board of Directors of Rosseti Lenenergo resolved to elect Igor Kuzmin, Acting Director General, Rosseti Lenenergo, as the Director General of Rosseti Lenenergo for the term from December 22, 2021, to December 23, 2024.
Igor Kuzmin, born in 1975, has higher education.
He graduated from the Kurgan State University in 1997, majoring in Engineering (Process and Production Automation).
In 2011, he completed his studies under the Highly Trained Manager Program at the Saint Petersburg Academy of Management and Economics.
In 2015, he received an MBA from the Saint Petersburg State University.
He was appointed to the post of First Deputy Director General and Chief Engineer of Rosseti Lenenergo in September 2017 and as the Acting Director General of Rosseti Lenenergo in January 2021.
