Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company"), the leading enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), is pleased to announce in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, that Monique Shivanandan, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 15 February 2022.

 

From 15 February 2022, the membership of the Remuneration Committee is Victoria Hull (Chair), Ron Kalifa, Diane Radley and Monique Shivanandan.
