Roman Levchenko Was Elected as Director General of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus

Moscow, Russia - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE:RSTI), Russia's largest electricity transmission and distribution company, announces that the Board of Directors of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus resolved to elect Roman Levchenko as the Director General of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus for the term from February 18, 2022, to February 17, 2025.
Roman Levchenko, born in 1979, has secondary occupational and higher education.
In 1997, he completed his studies at the Pyatigorsk Vocational School of Trade and Economics, majoring in Business Accounting, Controlling, and Business Analysis (Accounting).
He graduated from the North-Caucasus State Technical University in 2000, majoring in Law (Legal Theory).
In 2021, Roman Levchenko completed his studies under the Organizational and Legal Aspects of Corporate Governance in the Electricity Sector Program at the Pyatigorsk State University.
He was appointed to the post of Deputy Director General for Relations with Electricity Market Entities of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus in March 2021 and as the Acting Director General of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus in April 2021.
