The Company announces that it has instructed Liberum Capital Limited to amend the terms of its share buyback programme to purchase the Company's shares during the period which will end on the trading day prior to the Company's financial year end on 24 April 2022 (the " Programme").

As previously announced, the aggregate purchase price of all shares acquired from 13 December 2021 to the trading day prior to the Company's financial year end on 24 April 2022 will be no greater than £70,000,000 and the maximum number of shares that may be purchased will be 10,000,000 ordinary shares.

The purpose of the Programme is to reduce the share capital of the Company.

A buy-back of ordinary shares on any trading day may exceed the 25% of the average daily trading volume specified in the provisions of the Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014/EU dealing with buyback programmes. The shares repurchased by the Company will be held in treasury pending cancellation or re-issue.

Ends.
