Statement regarding Tatneft's ratings by Moody's and Fitch
PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") announces that on 11 March 2022 Fitch Ratings downgraded the long term credit rating of the Company to 'CC', and on 10 March 2022 Moody's Investors Service downgraded the long term credit rating of the Company to 'Caa2' with Negative Outlook.
The downgrades followed respective actions by the credit rating agencies relating to Russia's sovereign ratings.
