The Company confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (the "Documents") are now available on its website:

Copies have been posted to shareholders who have requested to receive communications in printed form.  

In compliance with Section 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, the Documents will also shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at:

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on 31 May 2022 at Manchester Airport Marriot Hotel, Hale Road, Hale Barns, Altrincham WA15 8XW.
